1-day seminar with Karin Franck, Qigong teacher, Shinrin-Yoku guide and forest health trainer. Bathing in the forest air improves your health. This has been scientifically proven. Nature lovers don't have to go jogging, hiking or do any other sport to do this. Just a walk in the forest has positive effects. This has long been known in Japan. The positive influences on body and mind have been researched there. Trees produce terpenes to protect against germs and insects. These essential oils are released into the air, which we forest visitors then breathe in. This not only helps the tree, but also strengthens the human immune system. So regular contact with the forest really does improve our well-being.
The morning session begins with a Qigong class, and in the afternoon participants discover the power of the forest on a short hike with several energy breaks.
