Teilnahmebedingungen des UGC-Gewinnspiels der HKM Heilb\u00e4der und Kurorte Marketing GmbH Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Teilnahme des UGC-Gewinnspieles gelten die folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Organizer, eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. HKM Heilb\u00e4der und Kurorte Marketing GmbH Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, Esslinger Stra\u00dfe 8, D-70182 Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as the \u201eOrganizer\u201c) is the organizer of the promotion and is therefore solely responsible for its implementation.

  2. All users who are at least 18 years old at the start of the competition and have a valid postal address and permanent residence in Germany are eligible to participate. The prize will not be awarded to persons under 18 years of age.

  3. Eine Person bekommt die Chance auf ein kleines Erholungs-Packet, indem sie ein Foto eines erholsamen Moments in einem der 55 Heilb\u00e4der und Kurorte in Baden- W\u00fcrttemberg macht. Das Foto muss auf Facebook oder Instagram geteilt, sowie der natur.erholt.- Account verlinkt werden und der Kurort erw\u00e4hnt werden. Zudem muss man Abonnent des natur.erholt. Instagram-Account sein. Der Teilnehmer ist f\u00fcr die Richtigkeit, insbesondere seiner E-Mail- und\/oder Postadresse, selbst verantwortlich. Der Eingang der Gewinnspielantworten hat innerhalb der im Gewinnspiel genannten Frist zu erfolgen.

  4. Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters und verbundener Unternehmen, sowie deren Angeh\u00f6rige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Ebenso von des Gewinnspiels ausgeschlossen sind Mitarbeiter und Angeh\u00f6rige der Unternehmen, die mit der Durchf\u00fchrung des Gewinnspiels befasst sind.

  5. In case of a violation of the terms and conditions, HKM Heilb\u00e4der und Kurorte Marketing GmbH Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition.

  6. Individuals who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation will also be excluded. If necessary, in these cases, winnings can also be retroactively revoked and reclaimed.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. The participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. HKM Heilb\u00e4der und Kurorte Marketing GmbH Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg assumes no liability for the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of the transmission of participant data.

    3. Durch die Nutzung der Kommentar-, Nachrichten- und Verlinkungs-Funktion wird dem Veranstalter das zeitlich und r\u00e4umlich unbegrenzte Recht erteilt, diese Werke auf der eigenen Webseite sowie diversen Social-Media-Kan\u00e4len, wie Facebook & Instagram, zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen und zu vervielf\u00e4ltigen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Mit der Einsendung oder Verlinkung best\u00e4tigt der Bewerber, dass eine Berechtigung f\u00fcr die Einr\u00e4umung des Nutzungsrechts besteht, weil dieser entweder selbst der Urheber ist oder er aber zur Einr\u00e4umung der Nutzungsrechte anderweitig berechtigt ist.

      2. Kann ein Gewinner nicht unter seinem Facebook oder Instagram Account erreicht oder der Gewinn an die sp\u00e4ter \u00fcbermittelte Postadresse zugestellt werden, so verf\u00e4llt der Gewinn des urspr\u00fcnglichen Gewinners. Der Gewinn wird ersatzweise an den n\u00e4chsten ermittelten Teilnehmer weitergegeben, der bislang noch nicht gewonnen hat.

      3. Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach dem Absenden der Benachrichtigung, so verf\u00e4llt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn.
